SOM Consulting is, at its core, Jo Olson—an ERP Implementation & Integration Program Manager who believes technology should empower people and accelerate outcomes. With a track record that spans manufacturing, construction, supply chain, government, non-profit, retail, land development, and consulting, Jo leads full-cycle ERP programs with a clear focus on digital transformation, change management, and strategic leadership.
A former PMI member and PMP (2015), Jo brings hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE/CRM, Project Operations), Power BI, and the surrounding ecosystem of ISVs and integrations. Her programs consistently deliver end-to-end: environment management, data migration, custom development, manual/automated testing, and in-person/remote training—always aligned to Microsoft Best Practices and FastTrack guidance. Whether orchestrating complex manufacturing rollouts or unifying operations across multi-entity organizations, she builds solutions that streamline processes, strengthen collaboration, and surface the insights leaders need.
